Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 01, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies we use on our website, why we use them, and how you can control them.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function, remember your preferences, and collect information about how visitors use the site.
Similar technologies include pixel tags (also called web beacons), local storage objects, and device identifiers. We use these alongside cookies and refer to all of them collectively as "cookies" in this Policy.
2. Consent and Your Choices
Cookies that are essential for the site to function load automatically and cannot be switched off. All other cookies are blocked until you give permission through the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
The banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies, or choose by category. Accepting and rejecting take the same number of steps. Your choice is stored and applied on future visits, and you can change it at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer.
Declining optional cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site, contact us, book an appointment, or use our services.
Because your choice is stored in a cookie, clearing your browser cookies will reset it, and you may be asked again after a period of time.
3. Category 1: Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the site to work. They cannot be disabled through the banner because the site would not function correctly without them.
| What they do | Who sets them | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Keep your session working as you move between pages | Our website platform | Until you close your browser |
| Protect forms against automated abuse and cross-site attacks | Our website platform and Google reCAPTCHA | Session to 6 months |
| Remember your cookie choices so you are not asked on every page | Our website platform or consent tool | 30 days to 1 year |
| Support secure checkout and fraud prevention where payment is taken | Our payment provider | Session to 1 year |
4. Category 2: Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site, including how many people visit, which pages they view, how long they stay, where they arrived from, and whether they are returning. We use this to improve the site. These cookies load only after you allow them.
| What they do | Who sets them | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Identify a returning visitor so repeat visits are not counted as new | Our website platform and Google Analytics | Up to about 13 months |
| Group page views into a single visit and measure how long it lasted | Our website platform and Google Analytics | 30 minutes to 24 hours |
| Record which website or advertisement you arrived from | Google Analytics | Up to about 13 months |
Where Google Analytics is in use, it transmits your IP address and device identifiers to Google, which processes that data as our service provider. Analytics cookies are not used to identify you by name. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
5. Category 3: Advertising and Marketing Cookies
These cookies measure the effectiveness of our advertising, enable retargeting, and support audience building on advertising platforms. Where they are active, they involve disclosing device identifiers to third-party advertising companies, which may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under state privacy laws. These cookies load only after you allow them.
| What they do | Who sets them | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Identify your browser so advertisements can be delivered and measured | Meta, Google, LinkedIn | 3 months to 2 years |
| Record that you arrived from an advertisement, so the advertisement can be credited | Meta, Google, LinkedIn | 3 months to 2 years |
| Allow our advertisements to be shown to you on other websites and platforms after you visit ours | Meta, Google, LinkedIn | Up to about 13 months |
How to opt out. Use our cookie preferences, click "Your Privacy Choices" in our footer, or use the advertising settings offered by each platform, including Meta Ad Preferences, Google Ad Settings, and LinkedIn’s advertising settings.
6. Category 4: Functional Cookies
These cookies enable optional features and remember choices you make on the site. They load only after you allow them. Where a functional cookie is set by a third-party service, that provider’s privacy policy also applies.
| What they do | Who sets them | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| Remember the state of the chat widget and recognise returning visitors | Our chat provider | Session to 1 year |
| Support playback of embedded video and estimate bandwidth | Video providers such as YouTube or Vimeo | Session to 2 years |
| Support embedded maps, calendars, and review feeds | The provider of the embedded content | Varies |
| Remember accessibility display settings you have chosen, such as text size or contrast | Our accessibility tool, where present | Varies |
7. Booking, Payments, and Other Platforms
Some parts of our service may be handled on separate websites operated by other companies, such as appointment scheduling and payment processing. When you click through to one of those platforms, you leave our site and that provider sets its own cookies under its own cookie notice. This Cookie Policy covers our website only.
8. Seeing Exactly What Is Running
The categories above describe what each type of cookie does. Because the specific tools we use change from time to time, the current list of individual cookies, including the provider and duration for each, is available in the cookie preferences panel on our site. That list is generated from the site itself and is kept up to date as our tools change.
9. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Cookie banner
On your first visit you are shown a banner offering Accept All, Reject All, and Manage Preferences. Accept and Reject are presented with equal prominence and require the same number of clicks.
Change your preferences at any time
Use the cookie preferences link in the site footer to review or update your selections. Withdrawing permission is as easy as giving it.
Browser settings
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and to be notified when one is set. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. Instructions are available from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
10. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to the extent required by applicable law. You do not need to take any further action.
Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals, because there is no universally accepted standard for how those signals should be interpreted.
11. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services operating under their own privacy policies. We do not control how those third parties use the data they collect, and we encourage you to review their policies.
12. Updates to This Cookie Policy
We update this Cookie Policy as our technology, tools, and legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
